Briana Bramer joins Miller Starr Regalia’s Litigation Department as Senior Counsel

Miller Starr Regalia (MSR), a preeminent California real estate law firm for more than 50 years, announced today that Briana J. Bramer has joined the firm’s Walnut Creek office as a Senior Counsel in the Litigation Department.

Bramer’s experience includes a variety of civil litigation matters, including commercial litigation, landlord-tenant law, labor and employment law, professional negligence, and compliance with the Toxic Substances Control Act under the EPA. Briana has managed cases at all stages of litigation, and is well-versed in early case evaluation and alternative dispute resolution. Bramer has prepared several cases for arbitration and has negotiated settlements in over 50 cases with favorable results for her clients.

Bramer joins from Ropers Majeski, where she was of counsel. She earned her J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California Berkeley, graduating cum laude.
