Brianna Kohr Joins Miller Starr Regalia as an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Practice

Miller Starr Regalia (MSR), a preeminent California real estate law firm for over 50 years, announced today that Brianna C. Kohr is joining the firm's Walnut Creek headquarters as a litigation associate.

Prior to joining MSR, Ms. Kohr was an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in San Francisco where her practice focused on intellectual property and general commercial litigation.

MSR's Litigation Practice Group represents Fortune 500 companies, governmental agencies, developers, homebuilders, financial institutions, title insurers, property owners and managers, retailers, media companies, manufacturers, REITs and smaller companies in a variety of matters related to business, real property, commercial, environmental, construction and insurance-related disputes. With over 50 years of experience in real property law, MSR expertise extends to matters involving land use, entitlements, redevelopment, eminent domain, construction, title insurance coverage and claims, complex disputes involving subdivision development, options, specific performance, easements, leases, tenant improvements, mixed-use projects, public projects, landlord-tenant disputes, environmental claims and the sale and disposition of property.

MSR is also known for its environmental litigation that includes land use, environmental compliance, the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Clean Water Act, water rights, toxic torts, endangered species and wetlands.

Ms. Kohr received her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law. She is admitted to practice in California. During law school, Ms. Kohr served as a judicial extern to the Honorable William Alsup of the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
