Miller Starr Regalia Names Timothy Maes Shareholder In Transactional Department

Miller Starr Regalia (MSR), a preeminent California real estate law firm for more than 50 years, announced today that Timothy Maes has been elevated to shareholder in the firm's Transactional Department. Maes joined MSR as an associate in 2015 in the firm's Walnut Creek headquarters. He previously practiced at the San Francisco office of Winston & Strawn LLP.

Maes represents tenants and landlords in commercial leasing matters and both buyers and sellers in acquisition/disposition transactions. He also assists with due diligence investigations and negotiates agreements that range from CC&Rs to easement agreements.
