Miller Starr Regalia (MSR), a preeminent California real estate law firm for more than 50 years, announced today that Angela J. Yu is joining the firm’s litigation department.
Prior to joining MSR, Yu was of counsel in the San Francisco office of Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley, where her practice focused on business and commercial litigation, including litigation alleging violations of the Clean Air Act. Yu has over ten years of experience as a litigator.
“Angela's capacity to grasp complex issues and her wide range of litigation experience makes her a great asset to our litigation practice," said Ella K. Gower, Miller Starr Regalia's managing shareholder.
MSR's Litigation Practice Group represents Fortune 500 companies, governmental agencies, developers, homebuilders, financial institutions, title insurers, property owners and managers, retailers, media companies, manufacturers, REITs and smaller companies in a variety of matters related to business, real property, commercial, environmental, construction and insurance-related disputes.
MSR is also known for its environmental litigation that includes land use, environmental compliance, water rights, toxic torts, endangered species and wetlands. The firm handles matters involving the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the Clean Water Act.
